Sale and Last Call

For sale items with a 20% or more discount or items purchased from our Last Call section, you may exchange for store credit.


All items purchased as part of the ICOZEE WEARHOUSE sale are final sale, meaning that no returns, exchanges or refunds can be accommodated.

Holiday Return Policy

Eligible purchases* made between November 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, may be returned or exchanged** up until January 31, 2023.

*Purchases made as part of our November Sitewide Sale, Warehouse Sale or Black Friday/ Cyber Monday promotions are not eligible for our Holiday Returns Policy.

**ICOZEE WEARHOUSE Sale purchases are final sale - no refunds or exchanges. Purchases with 20% or more discount are available for store credit. 

Product

All ICOZEE Bras, Tops are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days since delivered. We want to make sure you can give your new ICOZEE products time to mold to your shape and get comfortable, IF the size does not match, message us to get a personal fit consultation before returning for the right size.

Underwear

We understand that underwear is tricky business. You may exchange for another size, style or store credit. We’re unable to provide refunds on underwear. If you ordered multiple pairs of underwear, we kindly ask that you open, wash, and wear one pair only. 

Other

The following are not eligible for refund or exchange

  • Gifts with Purchase
  • Original Shipping Fees
  • Egift Cards
  • Items purchased by third party sellers

 

 

 

Common Returns Questions

Can I return or exchange after I washed them?

Sorry, we are unable to provide refund or exchange on washed product, but we can give you a discount on your next purchased.

Is it easy to exchange items?

Totally. Just visit our return portal linked above to select your new size or style and print your pre-paid shipping label and sending your item(s) back.

How soon will I receive my store credit?

As soon as our team gets your return, you’ll get your store credit or refund processed within 10 work days.

Can I return for a refund?

Yes, all returnable items purchased through our website can be returned for a full refund. It will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.

Can you clarify shipping costs?

ICOZEE cover the return shipping fees for exchanges and refunds initiated through our Return & Exchange Portal. Exchange orders initiated through our Return & Exchange portal are also eligible for free shipping within the USA and Canada. Please note, the shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable.
